| Minimum Age for Check-in | Guests must be 18 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel. |
| Rates Policy | All room rates are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) or any prevailing taxes. A Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room, per night for foreign passport holders will be collected upon check-in. |
| Child Policy | A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast starting from an additional MYR150 per room, per night for selected room types only. |
| COLLECTION | Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 years old only. |
| Rollaway Beds | Lifestyle Premier King/ Double Double can accommodate maximum of three person. A third person will be charged MYR150 per room per night for a rollaway bed, room only and subject to availability. (Price is subject to 6% Sales and Services Tax or any prevailing taxes and subject to change without prior notice). |
| Parking Fee | In-house hotel guests are entitled to a flat rate parking of MYR2 per entry, available for up to maximum of one vehicle per room. |
| Accessibility | The Hotel has wheelchair access facilities at the public areas and lift access on every floor. Handicapped-friendly guestrooms are also available. Advance request is required. |
| Payment Types | The Hotel accepts Visa, Master, American Express and JCB. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. |
| Cancellation Policy | Reservations must be cancelled two days (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night stay, including taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of one night stay and taxes will apply. |
| Pet Policy | No pets allowed. |
| Smoking Rooms | The Hotel has a no-smoking policy. However there are designated areas at the hotel entrance and some parts of the garden should guests wish to smoke. Shisha, e-cigarette, cigar and vape and any other form of smoking are also prohibited. |
